Yes, of course! Being based in South Florida (a very popular destination wedding location), we are well versed in working with couples who aren’t local to the South Florida area.
While we are based in Boynton Beach, Florida, we absolutely travel for events. Beyond 25 miles from our home base, an additional travel fee may apply.
We begin booking full planning services 16 months out from event date and partial planning services 12 months out from event date. For coordination services, we open booking 6 months out from event date.
To book your date, we require a 50% deposit. The deposit, along with our signed contract, officially books our services for your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days out from event date.
For payment, we accept checks made payable to “Olive & Ivory Events” and bank-to-bank transfers through Quickpay with Zelle. This helps us to eliminate credit card fees for our clients, and ensure a smooth payment process.
