Gilded Age Glamour Meets Palm Beach Romance: Delainie & Ben’s Dream Wedding Weekend

Delainie and Ben envisioned a wedding weekend steeped in Gilded Age glamour and timeless romance, which was brought to life through installations of lush florals, soft layered textures, and thoughtfully personalized details throughout their wedding. Set against the iconic grandeur of the Flagler Museum, their design blended historic elegance with modern refinement, creating an atmosphere that felt both elevated and intimate.

Lush, garden-inspired florals transformed the Flagler Museum into a romantic Gilded Age dreamscape, with sweeping installations of blush and ivory roses, soft peonies, delicate orchids, and cascading greenery setting an unmistakably elegant tone. A grand ceremony arch overflowing with blooms framed the couple’s vows, while abundant aisle arrangements and urn-style centerpieces created a layered, immersive floral experience throughout the space.

Cocktail hour unfolded in the Grand Hall of the Flagler Museum, where guests sipped signature cocktails and enjoyed passed hors d’oeuvres amid priceless works of art, all while being serenaded by a live string trio. Inside the reception, towering arrangements rose above custom tablescapes dressed in textured linens, fine china, and crystal glassware, all softly illuminated by candlelight and architectural uplighting. Thoughtful details, including a dramatic fountain centerpiece wrapped in blooms that greeted guests upon entering the reception space, completed the vision, blending historic grandeur with modern romance.

Nosh Catering delivered a thoughtfully curated dining experience, beginning with signature cocktails, the Palm Beach Paloma for the bride and The Perfect Manhattan for the groom, alongside elegant passed hors d’oeuvres. A refined three-course dinner followed, offering guests their choice of ginger-scallion crusted chicken, cast iron–seared filet mignon with port wine demi-glace, or miso-glazed Chilean seabass. Mini churros with chocolate sauce, key lime tarts, tiramisu and red velvet cookies were passed alongside mini espresso martinis were passed throughout the dance floor as guests danced the night away. Every moment was carefully curated to reflect their love story, resulting in a weekend that was equal parts opulent, romantic, and unmistakably Palm Beach.
