A Refined Coastal Celebration for Mackenzie & Tom

Mackenzie and Tom’s wedding at The Pelican Club was a perfect harmony of timeless elegance and elevated tropical design. Every detail was thoughtfully crafted to feel both fresh and classic, with a refined palette of whites, lush greens, and mixed metals. Tropical greenery was accented by white orchid blooms that were woven throughout with restraint and artistry. The result was a setting that felt effortlessly sophisticated—beautifully balanced between modern refinement and natural beauty.

Greeting guests upon arrival were the couple’s beloved dogs, Archer and Leo, who charmed friends and family as the unofficial welcoming committee. With a refreshing drink in hand, and a little puppy love to start the day, guests made their way to the ceremony. On the Pelican Club’s waterfront deck, with the iconic Jupiter Lighthouse as their backdrop, Mackenzie and Tom exchanged heartfelt vows in front of their dearest loved ones. The moment was both emotional and intimate, perfectly framed by the coastal setting.

As the sun began to set, cocktail hour unfolded with an array of culinary displays and passed hors d’oeuvres, paired with signature cocktails named in honor of Archer and Leo. Dinner followed, prepared to perfection by The Pelican Club’s catering team, leaving guests delighted and ready for the night ahead.

The reception design carried the tropical-meets-timeless theme indoors, where lush greenery and white orchids filled the room. Unique green-and-white patterned plates from Atlas Event Rental added a striking detail to each place setting, bringing the design to life. As the music swelled and the dance floor filled, Mackenzie and Tom’s celebration became everything they had envisioned – an elegant yet joyful evening, alive with love, laughter, and lasting memories.

I like to think the reason I earned the “chill bride” label in the lead-up to and on wedding day was because Christine handled everything behind the scenes with such care and precision. I firmly believe that solid planning is the key to avoiding stress, and thanks to Christine, that was absolutely the case for Tom and me.
